There is something really comforting about a heated pot of hearty soup filled with tofu. I’m thus so happy to see the opening of Gaya Korean Tofu and Grill in Torrance.

The menu consists of traditional Korean tofu, stews, rice and noodle dishes. I love getting the Tofu Combination which comes with a mini tofu soup along with a classic Korean dish such as Bulgogi and Bibimap.

My favorite Korean tofu soup here is the Dumpling with Beef. It comes with large dumplings filled with beef along with tender pieces of beef. I always get this as a mild to provide it a perfect petite kick.

Each of the orders come with plenty of banchan (Korean side dishes).
