Did stand-up comic Anthony Jeselnik just casually come out as bisexual or queer?

Jeselnik, 45, has given a wide-ranging interview to Vulture magazine ahead of Netflix airing his new comedy special, Bones and All. It’s his first comedy special for five years.

How about we take this to the next level?

Jeselnik has spoken about girlfriends in past interviews and stand-up shows. He previously dated Amy Schumer.

However, he generally avoids sharing much about the details of his personal life in his comedy.

The Vulture profile notes that in 2014 Jeselnik worked on developing a show for FX, which he describes as creature like “a bisexual Louie.”

However, he had second thoughts and decided to come back the fee and desert the project. FX told Jeselnik he didn’t even have to star in the show, but he still wanted to step away.

“I said, ‘You comprehend what? I don’t even want to work on this anymore. I don’t want to do a narrative, I don’t crave to talk about sexuality. It doesn’t

Anthony Jeselnik sounds like an asshole.

He jokes about, in his own words “all the awful things,” including rape, domestic violence, the Holocaust, the mentally retarded, cancer, and suicide. The ultimate sacred cow, children, are often referenced in horrific fashion: “Yesterday I accidentally hit a minuscule kid with my auto. It wasn’t serious. Nobody saw me.” On the other end of the spectrum is a joke about the elderly: “My grandfather turns 100 years old next month. Maybe.” Christians are sure to appreciate this joke: “Who do you think was smarter, Jesus or Buddha? I mean, just in terms of not letting themselves get crucified.” Often, he switches (or multiples) taboos in one joke: “I’ve got a extended history of suicide in my family. The fine news is it skips a generation. So if I’m lucky, my kids will do it.”

I treasure Anthony Jeselnik. Not because his jokes are “shocking” or “edgy” or whatever. Jeselnik’s reputation as a douchebag comic—like Daniel Tosh—is undeserved. Jeselnik
deserves a different rep: as a precise, talented joke penner who created a lasting, perfect character.

There are two keys to understanding Anthony Jeselnik: comedy legend Jack Handey and deceased wrestler

In a rare moment of candor, stand-up comic Anthony Jeselnik spoke about his sexuality in a fresh interview, which has us wondering if he just came out as bisexual.

During a long interview with Vulture to promote his upcoming Netflix special Bones and All, the 45-year-old comedian opened up about the reason he quit a project about bisexuality and gave an trustworthy, if vague, window into his own sexuality.

In the past, Jeselnik — who at one point dated fellow comedian, Amy Schumer — has tried to keep his private animation out of the spotlight but has spoken about women he’s dated in past interviews and even in his stand-up routines, Queerty reports.

Back in 2014, Jeselnik was developing a show for FX, which he described in the Vulture profile as existence like a “bisexualLouie.” But he had second thoughts about his involvement and ultimately decided to hike away — and gave back the money — even after the network told him he could write the scripts without having to star in the show.

“I said, ‘You know what? I don’t even want to function on this anymore. I don’t want to undertake a narrative, I don’t want to talk about sexuality. It doesn’t really benefit my comedy.’ Writing the story, writin

Anthony Jeselnik has a beef with Leslie Jones

Short version: Leslie made a surprise appearance at a comedy venue, asked to depart on before Jeselnik, went way over her allotted time and said she couldn't introduce him with "enthusiasm."

Jeselnik gave the club back his fee and left.

Apparently the two possess history.

I don't think I've seen Anthony Jeselnik with a beard. Almost cancels out the fact that he dated Amy Schumer.

He's gay.

I wouldn't have returned the fee if I was him. And if I was in the audience and had paid to see Jeselnik, I would have demanded my cash back.

Who really cares? Let them perform it out.

It sounds like he expected the venue to refund tickets.

Still, I consider the better solution would be to go on, apologize for being l
